Chef Manager

Usually found in smaller units where there is not a separate catering manager and head chef.

Responsible for the ordering, paperwork, menu planning, preparation, cooking, cash handling and serving.

Responsible for staff training and welfare. Would liaise with an area manager and the client on site.
