  • Cash handling.
  • Stock takes.
  • Aware of prices and licensing laws in force.
  • To prepare bar area for service.
  • Service to customers and sometimes preparing drinks for the waiting staff to serve.
  • Will need to serve drinks from the Bar and at some Events would serve them directly to the table.
