Uniforms
Waiting Staff
It is your responsibility to have and wear the following uniform:
Smart Black Trousers - Must be full length. No Jeans/Jean Style/Cords/Combats/Bootleg/Splits up the side will be allowed. Material must be plain.
Black Socks or tights.
Smart Plain Black Shoes - Must be flat, closed In, Polished. Should have no coloured laces, stitching or patterns of any kind. No Trainers or Trainer style shoes.
White Shirt - Must have long sleeves with a cuff . Must have a collar that buttons to the top so that you can wear a bow tie.
Black Waistcoat - Plain black with black buttons.
Black Bow Tie.
Porters

Smart Plain Black Shoes - Must be flat, Closed In, Polished. Should have no colored laces, stitching or patterns of any kind. No Trainers or Trainer style shoes.
Plain Black T-Shirt - Short Sleeve, NO Pictures/Logo’s or Writing on it.
Uniform must be clean and ironed.
If we ask you to take Full Uniform to a job you need to take all of the above.
At some venues/events they may provide you with a different uniform (Shirt/Apron/Tie) We will advise you if it is a different uniform. However, it is always a good idea to take your full uniform to all bookings.
GENERAL APPEARANCE
Jewellery is not allowed to be worn apart from one small pair of stud earrings and a wedding ring.
Hair must be neat & tidy. Ladies with long hair must have it tied back away from the face. If your hair is naturally quite curly/unruly you must gel it back.
Chewing Gum - Not allowed
Nail Varnish - Not allowed
No Stubble - Men must be clean shaved
Make sure that your shirt is tucked in and tie done up properly at all times and that your shirt sleeves are not rolled up.
