Cleaning Services and Hotel Staff

We Can Provide

Event Manager

Complete control and organization of small to medium sized events or a section within a large event. To include staff delegation and briefing. Must be confident to liaise with the client at the event.

Event Supervisor

To work as part of the management team, responsible for the delivery of the service and/or control the station with a team of staff.

Plate Waiting & Bar Staff

Silver Service Waiting Staff

Same as plate waiting plus:

Must be able to serve the food from a silver platter onto the plate in front of the guest using a spoon and fork.

Catering Assistant

Preparation of basic food items. Set-up and service from counter of food and beverages. Would also be required to clean down service counters and food prep areas & able to do plate washing.

Kitchen & Event Porters

Use of dishwasher and pot wash. General kitchen hygiene. Use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning machines. Unload deliveries and put stock away. Report to the chef.

Event Porter

Required to move furniture, chairs, tables etc... to get set up for an event. For outdoor catering events, the porter would unload the lorry of the equipment and food then load it back into the lorry at the end of the event. Needs to be smart in appearance as this is a more front of house role. Report to the event manager.

Housekeeping supervisor

Always ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel and to manage the housekeeping and laundry department efficiently to maintain standards and control costs.

Room attendants

In this role staff are responsible for cleaning hotel rooms to high standards including beds, bathrooms, public areas and any other duties as required. The Room Attendant position will be part of the team who report to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Linen porters

Involved in: laundering, maintaining the hotel’s stock of linen and staff uniforms. Responsible for the linen and equipment supplied for his or her use.

Chefs

Preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. Plan and price menu items, order supplies and keep records and accounts. Supervise and participate in cooking and baking and the preparation of foods. Always participate in checking all purchased supplies for quality and accounts for each delivered item. We supply different levels of chefs from chef de parties to head chefs.
